Yoga post Ashtanga flow 

Advanced dynamic style of yoga, we use ujayi breath. Between poses, we perform vinyasas, the dynamic part of yoga for warm up your body.

Tantra Yoga* is a spiritual practice that originates from ancient Indian traditions. Practices to achieve self-realization and connect with the divine. It is a holistic approach that integrates various aspects of yoga, such as asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control), mudras (gestures), bandhas (energy locks), and meditation.
